I have completed my Bachelor of Science degree in 2016 from Utkal University and subsequently earned my Master’s in Chemistry in 2018 from Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, a distinguished Central University situated in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. In June 2022, I joined the esteemed KBJ research group, where my research pursuits are predominantly centered on the self-assemblies of biological molecules, rational peptide design, and their diverse applications within the realms of synthetic biology and bionanotechnology. My commitment to advancing knowledge in these specialized areas underscores the significance of my contributions to the broader scientific community.

Shruti Sharma

Miss Shruti Sharma, having earned her Bachelor’s of Science in 2019 and a Master’s in Chemistry in 2021 from Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, has assumed the role of Project Associate within the KBJ research group since February 2022. Currently, she is enrolled in the Ph.D. program in July 2024. Her primary focus revolves around the pivotal contribution of Multifunctional Peptide Conjugates (MPCs) in facilitating advanced drug formulations for diverse medical applications. Engaged in the design and synthesis of short multifunctional peptide conjugates, she endeavors to develop potent antibacterial and antibiofilm agents. Additionally, her work encompasses the formulation of nano-platforms to counteract multidrug and antimicrobial resistance, offering promising prospects for significant therapeutic advancements.

Govind Singh

I completed my B.Sc. in 2015 from Ojaswini Excellence Institute, Damoh, followed by an M.Sc. in 2017 from Government P.G. College, Damoh. I embarked on my Ph.D. journey in January 2022 under the supervision of Dr. Sarita Rai. Currently, I am associated with Dr. K. B. Joshi’s lab, driven by a deep passion for nanotechnology and materials science. My research focuses on small biomolecules and their promising potential in bionanotechnology, with a particular emphasis on biomaterial-based applications. I sincerely thank Dr. Sarita Rai for giving me the opportunity to pursue research in this domain, and I am truly grateful to Dr. K. B. Joshi for his constant guidance and invaluable support.
